Push notifications are used exclusively for transactional and service-related communications. Push notifications are not used for advertising, promotional offers, or direct marketing purposes. You may manage push notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
Optional wellness tips, health reminders, and educational content may be delivered through the "Taara" notification feature. These are service-oriented wellness nudges, not promotional advertisements. You may enable or disable Taara notifications through your notification preferences within the Platform.

Healthy Tantra does not store personal health information or medical records in Apple iCloud or any Apple-managed cloud storage. Health and medical data is stored on Healthy Tantra's secured servers. On iOS devices, any locally cached app data is protected by the device's built-in encryption and is accessible only while the device is unlocked. Users are advised to enable device passcode or biometric authentication to protect locally stored app data.
